Fit2Go Recipe: Turkey & Cream Cheese Power Wrap

WHAT IT IS:

This delicious healthy wrap packs protein and complex carbs into a neat little package for strength and energy.

With less than 60 seconds prep time, its an ideal solution for eating healthy on a busy schedule. Try prepping a few on Sunday night for healthy lunches throughout the week, or just throw one together next time you’re hungry at home — it’ll be ready to eat quicker than fast food.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

 

  • 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla Wrap
  • 2 Slices Deli Turkey Breast
  • 1 Slice Yellow American Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Philadelphia Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese (1/3 less fat)
  • 1 Pinch Fresh Lettuce

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

  1. Spread cream cheese over one side of wrap.
  2. Layer turkey, cheese, and lettuce in middle.
  3. Wrap it up. (Here is a quick demo, if you’re not good at this.)
  4. Enjoy!
