The 3 Fitness Challenges That EVERY Busy Professional Must Overcome

The 3 Fitness Challenges That EVERY Busy Professional Must Overcome

Six months ago, Krista Michael, Registered Nurse (RN) left her position as Nursing Director at Johns Hopkins Medicine to join the Fit2Go team.

That’s a bold move. So… why?

After 10+ years in the medical field, Krista saw the industry’s reactive approach was costing patients their health and quality of life.
When Krista came across Fit2Go and its mission, she saw an opportunity to make a real difference — to help prevent chronic health conditions with proactive lifestyle habit coaching.

So, she left Hopkins and accepted her new role as Health & Fitness Director of Fit2Go.

Over the past six months, Krista and I have had many training sessions.

I’ve been teaching her everything I’ve learned about our  busy clientele and how we reverse-engineer results since our inception in 2013.

Below, is a recording of one of those sessions. In this video, we examine the 3 health and fitness challenges that every busy professional must overcome in order to be successful.

Check it out.
