What is Fit2Go Personal Training?
Fit2Go Personal Training is Baltimore’s most esteemed health & fitness coaching service. Fit2Go clients receive a completely personalized exercise & nutrition program and are paired with a nationally certified personal trainer that best fits their schedule, location, personality, and fitness goals. Sessions take place wherever the client likes; whether it be in-home, in-office, or at a local park. All equipment is provided.
Most importantly, Fit2Go is a locally owned organization that plays an integrated role in the Baltimore community. It’s no secret that the fitness industry is full of gimmicks, gurus, and charlatans. So with Fit2Go, we strive to be a trustworthy and dependable source of fitness information for not only our clients, but for the Baltimore community as a whole.
We believe that fitness should be seen not as a chore or an unfortunate necessity, but rather as a means of enhancing one’s quality of life. Whether that means developing six-pack abs or the ability to sit without back pain, everyone can enhance his/her quality of life with a personalized fitness program. Our mission is to inspire a passion for health & fitness throughout the general public, and we strongly reject the notion that fitness is “for the elite”.

How do I know that I’m getting the best with Fit2Go?
The personal training industry is unregulated, meaning anyone can legally call him/her self a “personal trainer”. So, it’s a pretty important question to ask.
We are incredibly selective about the trainers we hire, and that’s one of the many things that make us so unique. For starters, we only accept applications from trainers who are nationally certified from one of the top 3 organizations in the country (NASM, ACSM, or ACE). We also have a very thorough hiring process, during which we assess the trainer’s professionalism, exercise science knowledge (as well as ability to apply it), and personality. Furthermore, our Fitness Director, Dani Singer, also serves as Fitness Education Advisor for the Personal Trainer Development Center — the world’s leading international organization for educating fitness professionals and improving the state of the industry.
All this to say, when you sign up with Fit2Go, you can rest assured that you’ll be working with a professional, knowledgeable, and motivating personal trainer — and that is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Isn’t something like this crazy expensive?
Since we’re so picky about the trainers we hire, we custom design each client’s program, and we take over your gas/time investment; you might expect our prices to be pretty high. But our rates are actually comparable to or lower than many gyms in the Baltimore area.
There’s no deep secret to how we accomplish this. We pay our trainers well and we simply don’t believe that our company needs to make a huge profit off every session. You’re probably pretty skeptical about companies with altruistic mission statements, but we truly want to make a difference in people’s lives and in the Baltimore community as a whole. Hopefully we’ll get the chance to prove it to you!
Will I have to pay for my entire program upfront?
No. Fit2Go clients just pay once every two weeks for their sessions. So, for example, if you sign up for 1 session / week, you’d just pay for 2 sessions at your consultation.
Where does Fit2Go service?
Fit2Go currently services most areas in Baltimore City & County. Fill out the contact form or give us a call at (410) 202-3089 to find out about your particular zip code.
Where do the sessions take place?
Wherever you want! Most of our clients prefer to have their trainers come to their homes, but some choose to meet at other locations, such as their office or a local park.
Do I need to have any equipment?
Nope. We’ll provide everything you need for your workout.
What if I don’t have enough space in my home?
This is a actually a fairly common concern, probably because the fitness industry would like you to believe that huge gyms with expensive machines are necessary for getting in shape. However, the reality is that we’ve yet to have a client who truly did not have enough space in his/her home to work out. If you’re still concerned, feel free to schedule your in-home consultation and we’ll let you know.
