WHAT IT IS:
This smoothie has an awesome creamy finish. It provides you with some healthy fats and loads of nutrients from the avocado to help you reach your optimal levels for the day. Plus, it won the award for best named smoothie of 2017.*

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Kitchen Equipment
- High-Powered Blender
- There are hundreds of options out there. Here is the blender I use — I highly recommend it.
- Measuring Set
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 1 Cup Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk (I like Silk, but any brand is fine.)
- 1 Scoop French Vanilla Creme Whey Protein
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds.
- Enjoy!
