Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 Cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1 Handful of Spinach
- 1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries (Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, and Strawberries)
- 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 Scoop French Vanilla Creme Whey Protein
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds.
