23 Dec Trainer Tip: Neck Mobilizer
Got aches and pains in your neck? Staring too much at your computer monitor?
Don’t stress. I got you covered with a nice neck mobilizer in this weeks Trainer Tip.
Here’s how it works:
Starting Position: Begin seated with your gaze directly in front of you.
Part One –> Forwards and Backwards
Step 1: Tuck your chin to your chest.
Step 2: Reverse the motion, bringing the back of your head towards your back. Then return to neutral.
Part Two–> Side to Side
Step 3: Drop your left ear to your left shoulder.
Step 4: Reverse the motion, bringing your right ear t0 your right shoulder. Then return to neutral
Part Three — > Big Circles
Step 5: Make a (huge) clockwise circle with your neck.
Step 6: Make a (huge) counter-clockwise circle with your neck.
Repeat until your neck and shoulders feel like a million bucks. 😉
