WHAT IT IS:
This smoothie packs a punch of energy and fruit flavors on-the-go. Some of the benefits of the healthy ingredients in one morning smoothie include reducing inflammation, getting a good dose of your antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, heart health, and much much more!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Kitchen Equipment
- High-Powered Blender
- There are hundreds of options out there. Here is the blender I use — I highly recommend it.
- Measuring Set
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein
- 1/4 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt (I love Dannon Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla)
- 1 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (Silk is good, but I recently discovered Califia and love it’s taste.)
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds.
- Enjoy!
