24 Jan Chronic Joint or Muscle Pain? Watch This.
“It’s hard to know if it’s helping… I don’t know what else to try at this point.”
I received the above message on Wednesday from Austin.
Austin is a former Fit2Go client from back in 2017. I was following up with him to see how he was doing.
During his program, we had focused on rehabbing his knee and shoulder pain.
The good news:
His shoulder and knee are currently doing great.
The bad news:
After stopping his Fit2Go program, Austin developed a new chronic pain in his hip.
So, Austin has seen a few physical therapists.
They gave him specific instructions that Austin has been following diligently… yet as noted in the first line of this email… he doesn’t seem super confident that it’s working. At least, it doesn’t seem to be *fixing* the problem.
I think I know exactly what Austin needs to do differently to solve his chronic joint pain.
Audacious statement?
Perhaps. But I’ve seen this fix work with countless Fit2Go clients in the past, so I’m confident it will help Austin too.
If you have chronic joint and or muscle pain take the time to watch this short video. I promise you’ll be glad you did — and I’m 99% sure you’ve never been given this information before.
Here’s the fun part:
You and Austin are both receiving this email at the same moment.
I’ve asked Austin to test out my instructions and comment with his honest results. Good or bad… he’ll let us know.
Check it out.
