The Twister: It’s Not Exercise. It’s a Game.

The Twister: It’s Not Exercise. It’s a Game.

You know, when you were a kid, you would’ve never called something like this “exercise”.

More likely, you would’ve been playing this crazy game with your friends, until some disgruntled adult told came by and told you to stop “horsing around”.

Well, my friend, I’m here to tell you that you need some more horsing around in your life.

I want you to gallop around town like you were just let out of the freakin’ stable.

I want you to horse around so hard that it borders on… dare I say… monkey business.

So today we have “The Twister”.

Approach this movement as a game. Have fun with it.

Get your kids involved (or your friends if you have the courage).

Don’t exercise. Play.

Enjoy.

NOTE: I had so much fun filming this one that I completely forgot to show the low-impact modification (a.k.a. how to modify if you can’t jump).

So, make sure to tune in Sat Feb 22 @ 9am when we stream the full workout LIVE on the Fit2Go Personal Training Facebook page. I’ll show you the modifications then as we go through.
